Celina, Texas home sales are super good, but more than that, they are fair. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that in a neighboring city, that's not always the case.
In this episode of the Ron Lyons Real Estate Show, I talk about my own personal experience in attempting to buy a historic home in a neighboring city. All was good! Or so I thought. Me and my wide offered full price, asked for nothing in repairs and agreed to a free lease back to the owners.
But, our offer for the home was denied. Not because they had a higher offer (in fact it would price out to be some time before the home received another offer) and not because we weren't able to buy it, but rather because of MY personal politics. Yep. The sellers went on Facebook and decided they didn't like me.
